Negotiation fees: SALE: -For properties with a sale price of €10,000 or less: €600 including tax -For properties with a sale price greater than €10,000: 7.2% including tax up to €50,000, 3.6% including tax above that amount These fees are calculated by adding together the results of the above brackets. RENTAL MANAGEMENT: -6% including tax of monthly rent collected. VALUATION: -based on estimate
